Bengaluru to witness, next promotional tour on India’s largest trade fair on environmental technologies, IFAT India

Bengaluru 30th Sept 2016 IFAT India – the leading trade fair environmental technology – unites the entire environmental industry at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. One month before the show, on August 30, the organizers make a pit stop on their promotional tour at Bengaluru. By bringing the trade fair to the capital of Karnataka, the IFAT India team aims to raise awareness for both environmental issues in the region as well as the latest solutions and innovations which are on the market.

Igor Palka, COO of Messe München India, says: “As one of the fastest growing cosmopolitan cities in Asia, Bengaluru needs to focus on a sustainable, clean development path. As promising the economic growth may seem, the resulting urbanization leads to a degradation of the environment.” Recent cases have shown that the Indian IT hub is still facing major environmental challenges, like un-disposed waste, untreated sewage or water pollution (ground and lake water). Palka continues: “I would be delighted to welcome the entire engineering community at IFAT India in September in Mumbai. Our trade fair offers technology and services that are tailored to the Indian market and that could prove to be crucial for Karnataka, too.”

The outlook for this year’s event is more than promising: 150 exhibitors have already announced their participation. Among them are market leaders like Aquanomics, BASF, Bilfinger, Endress+Hauser, Excel, Godrej, Ion Exchange, Kirloskar Brothers, Netzsch, Putzmeister, Tata Projects, Wilo and many more. The 2016 edition also features country pavilions from China, Germany, Norway and Switzerland. The exhibits at IFAT India cover the following fields:water extraction and treatment, sewage treatment, water distribution, refuse disposal and recycling, generating energy from waste materials, energy efficiency technologies, decontamination of old sites, soil treatment etc.

The trade fair is accompanied by an extensive supporting program including technical presentations, panel discussions and tutorials, where scientists and industry experts – both from India and overseas –share their knowledge with the audience. Among the keynotes of this year’s Innovation Exchange Forum are, for example: “Technologies for building a modern Water and Waste Water Treatment system for Power Plants” by Pinaki Bhadury (WIPRO, India) or “New Era in Wastewater Management & Sewage Pumping” by Stephane Cumonceaux (Side Industrie, France). Further, the implementation of biogas plants in India is another hot topic on the program. Gaurav Kedia, Chairman of the Indian Biogas Association (IBA), presents a new cooperation project for the development of the biogas sector in India.

This year for the first time, there will be a special area dedicated to training, live demonstrations and skills contests, running for the entire period of the show. The aim of the Active Learning Center is to promote talent and combat the shortage of skilled workers in the Indian environmental sector.

Next stops of IFAT India’s promotional tour:

  • September 2, 2016: Pune
  • September 9, 2016: Chennai
  • September 16, 2016: Mumbai

Hairline International Reduces Dark Circles Considerably with Non-Invasive PRP Procedure

Bangalore, August 17th, 2016: Most of us are no strangers to dark circles or under-eye melanosis and have tried myriad ways to rid ourselves of it. Hairline International Hair and Skin Clinic, with its pioneering work in creating solutions that are in demand, now offers a PRP procedure that is non-invasive and rids one of dark circles under the eye in just a few sessions. From young brides-to-be, to professionals, to those looking for a quick pick-me-up for their face, this is a procedure in vogue right now. The results are visible in just 2-3 weeks of the procedure. In fact, ever since Hairline International has begun offering this procedure as an option to get rid of dark circles, there has been an increase in awareness on it as well as the word-of-mouth.

Dark circles or under-eye pigmentation occurs for a range of reasons. For some it may be due to an anatomical defect– deeper eyeball sockets gives rise to circles. When one ages a lot of fat appears on the lower eyelid causing dark circles. It could also result from the constant use of eye cosmetics – leading to allergic contact dermatitis. Irregular sleep patterns, long work hours, excessive computer usage etc., can lead to dark circles. Lastly it can be medically related – a sudden increase in weight or nutritional deficiencies. The cause has to be evaluated and then it may be treated with plain PRP or PRP with fillers or micro needling.

With 8-weeks of clinical trials to back up their results, specialists at Hairline International draw approximately 30-60ml of blood which is then passed through a centrifuge to separate the platelets and the plasma. The plasma contains the platelets which is 5 times more than the normal ranges. This will be injected into the under-eye portion at various points as per need and the anatomical structure of a person.

Speaking on the procedure, Dr. Premalatha, Dermatosurgen at Hairline International says, “The procedure basically inhibits the enzymes that are involved in the production of the melanin. It provides the synthesis of collagen which pushes up the tissue, so that filling up will be there, improving the colour tone and shape of the eye. The procedure is ideally conducted on those between 20 years to 60 years of age. Any older than 60 years will require surgical intervention because of skin laxity”.

The procedure is ideally suited for those who prefer staying away from invasive procedures.

Hairline International in association with Bajaj finance offers hair transplant at just Re 1

Bangalore, August 10th, 2016: Bajaj finance has collaborated with international hair and skin clinic, Hairline, to reveal an offer which will astound customers. At the presentation of 2 simple documents, a hair transplant surgery besides other hair and skin related aesthetic services by world renowned doctors is being made available to the public, at the cost of just Re 1.

Incidentally, hair transplant is considered a cosmetic surgery, and is very rarely covered by one’s health insurance because it is not related to the physical well being of a person. However for most people a thinning frontal hairline is a major cause for concern and they are willing to undergo the scalpel to find a solution to the same.

Opting for no cost EMI is the best way to finance your hair transplant surgery and other aesthetic procedures. One of the prime advantages of choosing an EMI option from Bajaj Finance is that it comes with flexible repayment schedules. Your tenure for a Rs.1 lakh would be for a year only. Basically, EMI is a boon for you when you don’t have a lumpsum amount to make the payments for the services you choose.

In this particular deal with Hairline international, Bajaj Finance is offering 2 options, an EMI charge to client of either Rs. 9999 spread over 10 months or Rs. 12499 over 8 months. In both cases, the initial down payment is one rupee.

Ms. Bani Anand, founder and managing director, Hairline International, said “It’s the 21st century where everybody wants to live the good life, however inflation is slowly creeping up, putting even the simplest of things out of people’s reach, like your hair transplant surgery. Opting for an EMI Card from Bajaj Finserv would mean that the cost of the operation is taken care of through small payments every month over an extended period of time.”

Dr. Dinesh Gowda, Dermatosurgeon, Hairline International said “Usually, there is no fixed price for a hair transplant surgery. It depends on the severity of damage and the number of grafts an individual requires.”

The price point per graft ideally ranges from Rs.20 to Rs.45 in all the major cities in India. This basically means that 2500 hair grafts would cost you anywhere between Rs.50,000 and Rs.1.12 lakh. The number of grafts a person needs would, however, be decided by the surgeon based on the individual’s requirements. Other factors that can have a bearing on the cost of a surgery include the procedure, expertise of the surgeon, location of the clinic, and nature of the hair loss.

Hair transplantation is a surgical technique that moves hair follicles from a part of the body called the ‘donor site’ to a bald or balding part of the body known as the ‘recipient site’. In this minimally invasive procedure, grafts containing hair follicles that are genetically resistant to balding, (like the back of the head) are transplanted to the bald scalp.

Once the transplanted hair begins to grow, it will continue to do so for a lifetime. The transplanted hair generally sheds within the first 2-6 weeks after the procedure as the roots enter a resting phase. Between 3-8 months, the transplanted roots start sprouting hair. It usually takes 10-12 months to see the full improvement in terms of density, as the hair continues to mature and thicken.
